You may only exchange a product for another of the same product, provided that:
- We have stock of the identical product in our online store. If not, the item may be refunded.
- For hygienic reasons, earrings may not be exchanged.
The steps to exchange you your item(s) are:
- Notify us of your intent to exchange a product using this form with the same e-mail address associated with your order.
- We will reply within forty-eight (48) hours with confirmation details.
- Mail back the item(s) to be exchanged in its original packaging by using Canada Post’s Return Label.
- After we receive the returned package, we will ship to you another of the same product as confirmed in the e-mail correspondence, within forty-eight (48) hours.
