We may cancel an order at any time due to low stock, change in price, change in product description, and/or other circumstances that will not satisfy the customer’s needs. The customer will be notified by e-mail.
We only accept PayPal as our method of online payment. Your credit card information will only be asked through PayPal’s transaction gateway.
We do not have access to payment information except for order total, billing/shipping address, and e-mail address.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Products are mailed via Canada Post’s Regular Parcel™ service, which provides tracking and delivery information on their website. A tracking code will be e-mailed to you within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.
You can track your package at Canada Post > Tools > Track.
